​My fitness goal this term is that everyday excersice at least 30minutes. Everyday must do it, if i don't i will force my self to do it and say to myself that i have to be healthy!

I think I didn't do really well because I was lazy and didn't want to do it.
Next time I will run around my house and do jumping rope on the correct day.
And I will force me to do it even if i don't want to do it. When i do jump rope, I will
always be very tired and want to rest but i can't so i said to myself that you must be healthy!
So this time i will do my excersice everyday!!!

I don't think i did good this week too!!! It is so hard to acheive my goal
I think 30 minutes is too long for me,instead of doing my fitness excersice for 30 minutes
i will make it into 25 minutes, just like Ms. Shea. So maybe i can do it well this week!

I did acheive my goal this week! I was so happy!
sometimes i only do 20 min or 25 min. because I was very tired everyday! But my goal is to do it every
30 minutes. So next time i will reach my goal by doing it 30 minutes everyday!
